Early arrivals: I have had clients arrive 30-45 minutes before their scheduled appointment, expecting to receive their session early. Unfortunately, that will not happen. I work strictly by my schedule. Arriving more than 10 minutes early is unnecessary. My client form and consultation are thorough, but very short. I use my time in between clients to return phone calls, eat lunch, drink water, stretch, breathe, go out and see the sun, etc.--all of which I do not like to do in front of clients waiting for their sessions. If you arrive more than 10 minutes early, the door may be locked.
Late arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes late for your scheduled massage appointment, your session will still end at the time it was scheduled to end. This will include the time it takes for you to get undressed and get on the table. You will still be responsible for the full amount of the session. If you have a Gift Card or Gift Certificate, your 60-minute voucher will still be redeemed for the full amount. No exceptions. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will still be responsible for the full amount of the session--no exceptions. Any one who refuses to pay will not be allowed to reschedule until payment is made. You will receive an invoice monthly until payment is made.
No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged FULL PRICE for the missed appointment. You will be emailed an invoice showing the full amount due for your missed appointment. After 2 "no-shows" you will be unable to request any more appointments. If you are a "No Show" and you have a Gift Certificate, the same policy applies. After 2 "no shows" your Gift Certificate will be marked "Redeemed" and you will be unable to request any more appointments.
